Innovative Spaces / Innovative Concrete Coatings located in Michiana is owned and operated by Erin and Trish Stopczynski. We started out in 2007 when Erin opened the business out of a love and passion for helping people organize and enhance their garages. He was still working as a career firefighter at the time, but the business quickly grew with little more than word of mouth due to the high standard of the work we provided.

We now operate two unique divisions for our Michiana customers, offering custom-designed home storage solutions, garage cabinets & organizers, and concrete floor coatings. Erin has since retired from the fire department, so we can dedicate our time 100% to running the business.

We pride ourselves on being the trusted resource in Michiana for guiding clients through a project from start to completion with honesty and integrity. We are driven to provide the best value through higher quality materials, unique designs, and excellent service.

As owners, we aren't rewarded a commission, and our reward instead comes from our loyal clients who keep returning year after year and spreading the word about the great work we do. This approach has allowed us to become the company of choice in Michiana for clients wanting a higher level of service, design, and quality.

Erin Stopczynski

Erin is a career firefighter, with an extensive background in home remodeling. Erin is right at home in the garage, with a 1967 Chevrolet Pick Up serving as a long term labor of love. A natural handyman, this business has been a natural extension of his abilities and creative interest.

Trish Stopczynski

Trish has been assisting her husband with their business since 2008. With having two children at home of their own, she understands the need to organize for home, school, and sports activities. Whether it be your closet, pantry or laundry room she knows the importance of having these areas at top functionality.
